Job Description / Responsibility
  • Location: Dreamer’s Construction
  • 1st Floor, House 702, Avenue -2, Road-10, DOHS Mirpur, Dhaka-1216
  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare architectural drawings and drafting using AutoCAD.
  • Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
  • Assist senior architects in project documentation and detailing.
  • Ensure accuracy in drawings and meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the design team for project execution.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Architecture from a reputed institution.
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years in architectural drawing and 3D modeling.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and a good sense of design.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of rendering software (Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape) is a plus.
  • Experience with other 3D modeling tools will be an advantage.
