Job Description / Responsibility

Coordinate between Head office and Project office for smooth decision-making process.
Project planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling and coordinating.
Quality control, ensure proper safety at sites, defining the problems and identify the areas of improvement.
Follow up detailed work programs and manpower status at sites day to day basis.
To prepare monthly program with material budget as per master program.
Supervise site engineers and non-technical staffs.
Capable to handle High rise building works independently.
Require extensive knowledge regarding as cast/fair face concrete formwork, casting and finishing works.
Overall responsibility for managing project matters.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil
B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed University/Organization (Preferably from Public University and Public Polytechnical Institute).

Experience Requirements

3 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements

Good communication ability (both written and verbal).
The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Real Estate Developers only.
