Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context:
  • TOKYO DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS LTD. is a highly experienced Developer Company jointly developed by Japanese and Bangladeshi experts. We consider our human resources to be our greatest asset. We are seeking experienced individuals to join our dedicated team for working in a stimulating environment of our office.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute real estate business strategy for growth and profitability.
  • Identify and assess investment opportunities in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
  • Plan and oversee existing land utilization as revenue earning and accordingly project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for real estate projects.
  • Lead sales, marketing, and branding strategies to drive business success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing real estate team.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Real Estate, Developer

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at least 45 years
  • Proven track record in large-scale real estate projects and business leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of urban planning, financial modeling, and market analysis.
