Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure GRN posting in time accurately
- Maintain update status of all Vendors
- Daily Statement of Purchases - Cash & Credit
- Reconcile daily Sales amount with cash and inventory
- Ensure remittance in time
- Disburse cash for appropriate expenses from petty cash fund and maintain Petty Cash
- Submit all necessary bills in time for reimbursement
- Must ensure all transactions through posting in software without delay
- Checking cash, inventories meticulously to prevent stock shortage and misappropriation
- Maintain Outlet Fixed Asset Register
- Ensure instant report on any financial irregularities and operational indiscipline
- Cooperate with the Internal Auditors
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Retail Store, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
