Job Description / Responsibility

Candidate should be work in factory and Corporate Office.
Verify the existence of assets and recommend policy for proper management of the assets.
Monitor and physical counting of inventory as and when required by management.
Conduct physical stock and cash verification.
Researching and assessing how well risk management processes are working and recording the results using software.
Understand laws and regulations.
Assessing how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and informing management whether any issues need addressing.
Evaluate the adequacy of the system of internal controls.
Monitor & suggest policy for different types of day to day operational process.
In-depth knowledge on MIS & experience of ERP software Reconciliation of raw materials on receipts, issue, consumption and leftover quantity.
To check & verify all financial bills & Vouchers.
Check Requisition, MRR, stock ledger, gate pass, challan, received and issued records of materials to prepare report and submitted to head of department.
Ensure report after closing an order.
Determine actual process loss. Pre-audit all payable bills.
Conduct Market survey for rate verification related to procurements.
Balance confirmation of all debtors and creditors.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master's/ MBA in Accounting/Finance with good academic result
CA course completed (CACC) from any reputed CA firm.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Food (Packaged)
