Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking some dynamic and experienced Officer - Accounts in Finance & Accounts Department in Garments Factory.
Job Location will be at different locations of our Garments Factory; Gulshan, Dhaka // Salna, Gazipur // Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar // Rupganj, Narayanganj.
Prepare and maintain all kinds of Receipts & Vouchers, Cash Book, Bank Book, Bill Registers, Check Register, general Ledger & different registers related to Factory Finance & Accounts.
Prepare all account documents for internal and external audits.
Every day cash collection from intercompany or Bank.
Posting all kinds of transactions, reliable and payment (etc.) in accounting software in total.
Familiar with Accounting Software, preferably TALLY & ERP.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Graduation in Accounting from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in Garments Factory will be given preference.
Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Leadership and relationship management.
Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
Well conversant with IT equipment.
