Job Description / Responsibility

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for automobiles, strong sales acumen, and digital marketing expertise. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing both online and offline sales efforts, developing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive showroom traffic and vehicle sales.

- Drive vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers both in person and through online platforms.
- Manage and optimize XOOMAUTOโs social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), website, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and execute engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and paid advertisements, to increase brand visibility and attract customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls, providing detailed information about available vehicles.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to convert leads into buyers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing strategies to keep XOOMAUTO ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and marketing budgets.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelorโs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Automobile
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 38 years
- Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media advertising, content creation, and digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create engaging marketing content, including images, videos, and text.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, especially reconditioned and brand-new Japanese and European cars.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in running paid advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Familiarity with the Bangladesh automotive market.
- At least 3 years of experience in related work fields.
- Social media management and video skills are an advantage.
