Job Description / Responsibility
  • Maintain effective & strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
  • Attend new and prospective clients on a regular basis.
  • Developing new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
  • Ensure customers queries, problem & issues.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
  • Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement & conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional program plans.
  • Prepare assigned report (Daily Weekly & Monthly).
  • Meet monthly sales target through the company’s rules.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Steel

Additional Job Requirements
