Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Manager- Sales & Marketing" for Argon Denims Ltd. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Job Description:
Develop sales & marketing plan.
Full fill monthly sales target of Yarn dyed fabric.
Ensure order quantity and profitability.
Strong knowledge on stake holder management and negotiation.
Collect buyer’s acceptance, Merchandising, Production follow up as per customer demand & delivery follow up.
Monitor Quality problems of product, product price analysis & other relevant functions of Marketing.
Monitor of overall costing & production.
Proper communication with buyer’s and suppliers simultaneously.
Responsible for product development, order negotiation, order execution, pre-final & post-final formalities.
Ensure on time shipment.
Coordinate with production, QA, Buying office representative QC/3rd party ETC.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile

Position will be depended on previous record and job experience and also buyer connection for Sales and marketing is mandatory.
