Job Description / Responsibility
  • Meet planned volume targets while managing personal and team goals to align with the company's annual objectives.
  • Support industrial customers and wholesalers in promoting the benefits of high-quality lubricants, strengthening market presence beyond the territory.
  • Assess competitors’ strategies, business performance, and product efficiency across segments, preparing data-driven countermeasures.
  • Maintain relationships with potential customers to drive upselling opportunities while monitoring used oil samples for quality assurance.
  • Assist the sales team with technical challenges, organize training sessions, and conduct industry inspections to enhance market potential.
  • Plan and execute annual technical seminars for customers, showcasing product advantages in collaboration with the technical team.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Petroleum and Mineral Resource Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 8 years
