Job Description / Responsibility
  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy.
  • Identify target markets and key customer segments.
  • Ensure that the set annual and quarterly sales targets are met.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective measures if necessary.
  • Identify potential distributors, wholesalers, and retailers for lubricants.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Expand the reach of the lubricant products by onboarding new distributors and dealers.
  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers.l Ensure product pricing aligns with the agreed terms.
  • Oversee collections and payments.
  • Prepare sales forecasts based on market trends and demand.
  • Submit periodic sales reports (quarterly) to the company’s senior management.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Organize promotional events and dealership programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure that marketing materials (brochures, banners, digital content) are effectively used.
  • Work closely with the company to localize content based on Bangladeshi consumer behavior.
  • Conduct training sessions for distributors and dealers about product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure that the sales team understands the unique selling points of the lubricant products.
  • Ensure Proper Branding & Market Penetration.
  • Drive and achieve annual sales targets through existing and targeted Customers.
  • Lead the sales and marketing team.
  • Advise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving Business sales target.
  • Acquiring new customer base.
  • Understanding client requirements, coordinate with various operating groups and develop a competitive proposal.
  • Ensure market coverage across geographies, Retail, Automotive segments to analyze key market trends.
  • Mapping the market and keeping track of the industry share.
  • Travelling to potential clients, searching new clients, and generating high quality sales leads who could benefit from KDM (BD) Limited products and services.
  • Providing pre-sales knowledge assistance and product education.
  • Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Recording and maintaining sales data.
  • Preparing monthly / weekly report and submit to the Head of Business.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Very friendly to traveling toward the sales call, team meeting or any other sales & marketing related job.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Educational Requirements: BBA & MBA in Marketing students will get preference.
  • At least 10 (Ten) years of experience in Lubricant industry.
  • The candidate must have effective communication skill in both Bengali and English.
  • l Must be target driven, details oriented and customer focused.
  • Aggressiveness to work with newly introduced brand in market.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent Computer skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & Power Point.
  • Willing to travel extensively to achieve set target.
  • Calculate ROI of distributors and take necessary to retail and increase.
