Job Description / Responsibility

Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct security checks.
Identify and prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks.
Investigate incidents of internal and external theft.
Lead and train loss prevention staff on security protocols.
Conduct workshops on theft prevention, fraud detection, and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with company loss prevention policies.
Document and report security incidents, thefts, and policy violations.
Work with law enforcement when required.
Conduct interviews and interrogations when necessary.
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Perform audits and risk assessments.
Maintain records of security breaches and preventive measures.
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Ensure fire and safety regulations are met.
Assist in handling workplace violence or conflicts.

Educational Requirements

HSC
HSC or diploma equivalent
Defence background or a related field is a plus

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Security training or certifications (e.g., Certified Loss Prevention Professional - CLPP) are beneficial.
Familiarity with security systems, CCTV monitoring, and reporting tools
