Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Sample for the Sample & CAD Department in the Knit Garments Factory.
Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing all Sample schedules.
Establishing & maintaining operational guidelines, procedures & practices.
Take necessary steps/initiative to achieve daily & monthly planning target.
Supervising pattern correction.
Supervising the work of junior staff & operators.
Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kinds of process loss & wastage like rejection.
Sample reviewing with local BD buying office.
Follow up on-time sample making.
Determining quality control standards.
Organizing relevant training sessions and ensuring required compliance issues inside the department.
Responsible for Sample quality, construction & measurement.
Ensure that samples are being made as per bulk feasibility.
Ensure necessary guidelines for the production team.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduation from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
Well conversant with IT equipment.
