Job Description / Responsibility
- Execute overall factory HR, Admin & Compliance activities.
- Develop policy guidelines, interpret and ensure implementation concerning HR, Administration, and entire Compliance issues with local laws, regulations, and different buyer’s requirements.
- Execution of the company's HR plans, policies, and management decisions.
- To Direct & Control the overall administration department and its activities.
- Ensure proper HR operation and function of the organization i.e., recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc.
- To ensure a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staff, and management personnel in the company. Recommend/Approval for confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, or discontinuation from service.
- Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
- Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
- Well-conversed with labor laws, local laws & regulations, and ensured implementation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all modes of transportation in and out of the factory.
- To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like PS, DC, RAB, Labor office, Titas gas, DESA, DESCO, BTMA, BGMEA, BKMEA, BEPZA, compliance auditors, BERC, fire & civil defense department, labor office, Environment office, local influences, etc.
- Closely monitor and ensure proper security systems throughout the organization.
- Assist Management in the effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
- Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
- Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
- Resolve employee grievances, and stress in a proactive manner.
- Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
- Handle all kinds of protocol-related work.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
- At least 18 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Textile
Additional Job Requirements
- The candidate should have 10 years’ experience in the Knit Composite factory.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- RETIRED DEFENSE Officers (Colonel and above) with requisite knowledge & experience will be given the highest preference
