Job Description / Responsibility
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and services.
  • Manage office equipment, maintenance, and service contracts.Maintain office cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Communication Management:
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and management.
  • Prepare and distribute internal memos, announcements, and reports.
  • Document Management:
  • Organize, file, and maintain company documents (both physical and digital).
  • Ensure proper record-keeping, archiving, and compliance with company policies.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  • Arrange for necessary materials and equipment for meetings.
  • Travel and Accommodation Arrangements:
  • Organize business travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Ensure that travel arrangements are cost-effective and adhere to company policies.
  • Event Planning:
  • Organize company events, conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
  • Human Resources Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.Conduct initial screening of candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Assist with job offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations:Address employee concerns, grievances, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Foster a positive workplace culture and maintain employee engagement.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update them as necessary.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and time-off tracking.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of personal and sensitive employee data.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, leave entitlements, etc.
  • Support the HR team with compensation analysis and benefits enrollment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the performance evaluation process, including collecting feedback.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Help implement employee recognition programs.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
  • Assist in creating, updating, and implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports for statutory compliance, such as tax filings and labor audits.
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Maintain records of employee training and development progress.Assess training needs and identify opportunities for skill-building.
  • Health & Safety:
  • Implement workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Organize first-aid and safety training for employees when required.
  • HR Reporting:
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with HR-related audits and compliance reviews.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Washing Factory

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 36 years
  • Assist in developing and implementing corporate HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and monitor HR analytics, employee records, payroll coordination, and performance appraisals.
  • Assist office vehicle maintenance and follow up vehicle movement.
  • Ensure smooth transportation for management and staff.
  • Organize meetings, team wise meetings & take meeting minutes.
  • Work directly with the Directors, following instructions precisely and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
