Job Description / Responsibility

Required Skills:
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo, Vtiger).
Strong programming knowledge
Backend: Python, PHP, Node.js, Java
Frontend: JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js)
Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Expertise in API development & integration (REST, SOAP, Webhooks).
Familiarity with call center solutions (Asterisk, Vicidial, Avaya, Twilio, 3CX).
Basic understanding of VoIP, IVR, and cloud-based call center and IP-PBX systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and integrate CRM systems with call center solutions.
Automate workflows, build dashboards, and enhance user experience.
Implement API integrations for seamless data flow between platforms.
Troubleshoot CRM and call center technical issues.
Ensure data security, compliance, and system performance.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Professional certificate holders will get preference.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, ISP

Additional Job Requirements

Age 26 to 32 years
Experience with CRM automation & AI chatbots.
Exposure to RPA and workflow automation tools.
