Job Description / Responsibility

- Design and produce various graphics for digital and print, including social media content, website graphics, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Assist with concept development, wireframing, and design iterations based on feedback.
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
- Conduct basic image editing, color correction, and retouching.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Proficiency with graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong design portfolio showcasing creative work (academic or personal projects are acceptable).
- Basic understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing design needs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Knowledge of additional tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Sketch/Figma.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Basic knowledge of web design or UX/UI principles.
- Illustration skills or hand-drawn design capabilities.
