Job Description / Responsibility

Ensure after-sales services.
Provide suggestions to the production department based on customer feedback.
Ensure the effectiveness of sales by guiding the sales team.
Continually monitor after-sales services.
Maintaining relationships with distributors/key business partners, and customers.
Monitor activities, products and services of competitors.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries
