Job Description / Responsibility
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Support in preparing project proposals, technical bids, and contract documents.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and presentations.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration/English/Science/Commerce.
Experience Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or consultancy services.
  • Experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Business Development & Marketing :
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, bidding documents, and EOIs (Expressions of Interest).
  • Knowledge of tendering processes for government and private sector projects.
  • Communication & Negotiation :
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills :
  • Understanding of consultancy services, engineering projects, and feasibility studies.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
  • Project & Documentation Management :
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
