Job Description / Responsibility
  • Context:
  • One Pharma Ltd. embarked on its pioneering journey in November 2015 with a focus on incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing technology and producing globally acclaimed pharmaceutical products for the patients of Bangladesh and beyond. One Pharma Limited is looking for an experienced, reliable, honest & dedicated Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager, PMD for Animal Health Division (AHD).
  • Candidates from reputed Pharmaceuticals company (Animal Health Division) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and guiding the products management department stuff to ensure branding of products in the AHD Market.
  • Attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of the company in a regular basis.
  • Developing strategic analysis of the competitors activities and snatch market share of products.
  • Train and assist sales force to improve their selling & technical skills.
  • To Coordinate and conduct Farmers, PC, Vet. Doctor, Chemist and consultant meeting.
  • Be responsible and proactive towards managing issues related to Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Any other task assigned by HoD or management as and when required.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Veterinary Science
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry (DVM and AH)/ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Animal/Plant Breeding, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age at most 37 years
  • AHD Technical service / Customer Service Officer will get preference.
  • Having PMD ( Animal Health) experience will preferred.
  • Candidate must have excellent in MS Excel.
  • Communication skills in both English & Bengali is must.
