Job Description / Responsibility
- Financial Strategy:
- Handling high volume of bank loan and sourcing of new finance including foreign finance.
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, goals, and objectives.
- Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to the Board of Directors.
- Analyze financial trends and provide insight accurate picture for decision-making.
- Establishing strong financial control in every stage of money rolling.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Must have excellent knowledge in sales and marketing (Local & Export).
- Design sales policy or strategy to gear up and capturing the new competitive market both local and export.
- Establishing budget and budgetary control and financial process over the group.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Alignment management objective to the employee and establish major economic objectives and policies for the company.
- Operational Strategy:
- Maintaining friendly relationship with operational people and ensure uninterrupted production of each plant.
- Take measure about Quality of product discussing with the plant management so that market reputation does not hamper.
- Ensure material planning and material supply for uninterrupted production.
- Controlling and Reporting:
- Establish accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly/yearly MIS/Financial reporting system within the group.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial reporting standards and applicable industry specific standards.
- Communicate financial results and insights to the Management Committee and board.
- Ensure satisfactory controls are introduced with substantiating documentation endorsement and accessible such that all buys may pass autonomous and legislative audits.
- Treasury and Cash Management:
- Optimize capital structure and investment decisions.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to support the company's operations.
- Oversee relationships with financial institutions (Bank, Financial institution)
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies and legal requirements.
- Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Administrative Strategy:
- Establish strong administrative policy within the organization and follow-up the policy actively.
- Good relationship with factory management and take control of factory administration.
- Ensure friendly working environment within the group.
Educational Requirements
- Candidate should have FCA
Experience Requirements
- 15 to 25 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 45 to 55 years
- Must have excellent relations with local as well as foreign banks
- Foreign employee such as Indian candidates are given highly priorities
- Proven experience as a CFO/CEO or in a senior leadership position within Large Manufacturing Organization
