Job Description / Responsibility
  • Maintain petty cash & prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts.
  • Maintain Chain Shop Accounts activity Preparing, Maintaining & Entering bank related transactions.
  • Preparing and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents.
  • Explain billing invoice and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
  • Interact with internal Auditors. Stock register maintenance & stock analysis.
  • Strong and proficient in use of MS office and working experience in accounting software environment.
  • Knowledge in Vat & Tax as per company rule.
  • Data Entry to System Perform any other task given by the Management.
  • Maintain staff loans and advance ledger.
  • Ensure staff loans and advances are adjusted monthly.
  • Maintain contact with different vendors.
  • Prepare monthly / yearly expenditure plans based on the work.
  • Monthly VAT return Mushak submits online system and offline.
  • Independently prepare & submit monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly TAX returns & statements to the respective circle of NBR.

Educational Requirements
  • BBA / MBA in (Accounting/Finance)
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • 1 to 3 year’s experience will be given preference.
