Job Description / Responsibility
- Without a passport no application will be considered.
- The charges You have to provide:
- Documents Processing Fee: 120,000 BDT (Documents Preparation, Notarization, Foreign High commission Visa Verification Cost, BMET Manpower Processing Cost, 3 Days Training, etc.)
- Airfare: 250,000 BDT – 300,000 BDT
- Visa Application cost: 40,000 BDT
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recording Financial Transactions: Maintain accurate and timely records of all financial transactions.
- Preparing Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide a clear picture of the company’s financial health.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards to avoid legal issues.
- Internal Audits: Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial processes and internal controls.
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify transactions, and manage payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Accounts Receivable: Invoice customers, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensure timely payroll processing.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize financial records for easy access and retrieval.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Vendor Management: Address vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues effectively.
- System Management: Manage financial systems and software applications used for accounting and reporting.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 42 years
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Fijian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
