Job Description / Responsibility
  • Without a passport no application will be considered.
  • The charges You have to provide:
  • Documents Processing Fee: 120,000 BDT (Documents Preparation, Notarization, Foreign High commission Visa Verification Cost, BMET Manpower Processing Cost, 3 Days Training, etc.)
  • Airfare: 250,000 BDT – 300,000 BDT
  • Visa Application cost: 40,000 BDT
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Recording Financial Transactions: Maintain accurate and timely records of all financial transactions.
  • Preparing Financial Statements: Generate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide a clear picture of the company’s financial health.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards to avoid legal issues.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of financial processes and internal controls.
  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify transactions, and manage payments to suppliers and vendors.
  • Accounts Receivable: Invoice customers, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize financial records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Vendor Management: Address vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
  • Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues effectively.
  • System Management: Manage financial systems and software applications used for accounting and reporting.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 23 to 42 years
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Fijian tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
