Job Description / Responsibility

Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration.
Address patient queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.
Collaborate with other departments for seamless patient care.
Provide accurate information regarding services, eligibility, appointment scheduling, and costs.
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Collect feedback from patients to identify areas for service improvement.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Master of Business Studies (MBS), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
