Job Description / Responsibility
- The Housing Planning Architect position entails leading the design, planning, and execution of large-scale Condominium projects. This senior role requires expertise in Real-estate architecture, project management, and strategic planning to deliver innovative, efficient, and compliant large scale projects..
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural design for Condominium Projects.
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans.
- Prepare detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Work with engineers, construction managers, and stakeholders for project success.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop project budgets and ensure financial constraints are met.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources for cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Stay informed about Real-estate trends and technological advancements.
- Propose innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Requirement:
- Travel to project sites to assess and analyze conditions, ensuring that designs are feasible and optimized for the location.
- Proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to present complex architectural ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic vision for long-term plans in industrial facilities.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
