Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to supervise ongoing construction work and ensure high-quality execution in line with project specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a civil engineer in construction and building development.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare daily progress reports and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines on-site.
Review and interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Resort

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and building development.
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite is preferred.
