Job Description / Responsibility

Drive sales of Air Filters (G4, F7, F9, H13, and H14), ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for clients.
Possess complete knowledge of filter manufacturing standards, models, types, and categories.
Provide exceptional after-sales service, including troubleshooting and technical support.
Coordinate with overseas principals for product inquiries, orders, and technical updates.
Conduct on-site filter testing and performance verification.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in air filtration systems.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 35 years
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in filter sales or a related role.
In-depth knowledge of filter manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO, EN 779, EN 1822).
Hands-on experience with G4, F7, F9, H13, and H14 filters.
Proven expertise in after-sales service and on-site testing.
Strong understanding of customer handling and technical discussions.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage international communication with overseas principals.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to travel for customer visits and on-site testing.
