Job Description / Responsibility
  • Provide pre-installation guidance to customers relating to system requirements and physical layout
  • Install new or modified equipment ensuring full functionality according to product specifications
  • Train customers with respect to proper operation of equipment including safety procedures.
  • Test/diagnose malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine nature and scope of problem and observe electrical, electronic and mechanical components and systems using testing and measuring instruments.
  • Diagnose/troubleshoot and repair electric, electro-mechanical, mechanical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other mechanical related devices.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance programs to ensure proper performance of equipment
  • Maintain records of performance reports
  • Provide on-site and telephone support to customers as required
  • Customer follow-up
  • Collect and maintain quality metrics.
  • Update customer service tracking systems
  • Conduct product demonstrations as required
  • Ensure require product delivery to customers
  • Manage documentation on shipment

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Engineering Firms
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
