Job Description / Responsibility

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.·
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
Educate customers on product features and benefits.
Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and concerns effectively.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
The candidate will be required to visit the market frequently
Demonstrate a results-driven approach by setting and achieving sales targets, taking initiative in identifying new business opportunities, and taking ownership of tasks and projects to ensure successful outcomes
Understand and articulate the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in all tasks, contributing positively to the company's success and fostering a dynamic work environment
