Job Description / Responsibility

Identify and reach out to potential clients requiring recruitment or facility management services.
Build relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and SMEs.
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns.
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations and renewals.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Analyze sales data to improve future strategies.
Any other task assigned by the team leader or authority.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Insurance, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Real Estate
