Job Description / Responsibility

Ability to lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
Must be self motivated and dynamic.
Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate Land business and present market.
Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution.
Corporate sales planning and implementation.
Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / business men and look for prospective customers.
To hire, select & train up better sales personnel(s).
Organizing related team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing executives so as to enhance team building/spirit.
Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Good communication & negotiation skill.
