Job Description / Responsibility
- Set and meet monthly sales targets to contribute to the organization’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to monitor performance and implement strategies to reach or exceed sales goal.
- Ensure a fully staffed field force team by maintaining an adequate manpower pool, promptly filling any vacancies to prevent disruptions in distribution.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the distribution team, providing training and performance reviews to boost productivity.
- Strategically plan and coordinate distribution routes to ensure timely and efficient product delivery to all distribution points.
- Oversee the movement, handling, and storage of inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Analyze distribution expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings, ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising on service quality or operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage essential reports, including monthly salary sheets, ROI files, and budgets to keep financial records accurate and up-to-date.
- Regularly assess and review performance of individual sales representatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to increase productivity and effectiveness.
