Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Summary:
  • JK Lifestyle Ltd. looking for a customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, outbound calls, digital communications addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service in line with company policies.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and make calls to customers regarding inquiries and issues.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints.
  • Document all interactions in the system.
  • Meet target adhere to company guidelines.
  • Contract Duration: 01 Month (During Ramadan)
  • Working Hour: 06 – 07 hours (no night shift)
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Iftar for evening shift.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Graduation or Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Healthcare/Lifestyle product
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 22 to 26 years
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good Typing speed.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes query.
