Job Description / Responsibility

Communicate with key customers on product performance and response to queries (information and advisory).
Assist in managing the organization’s CRM systems, data collection by questionnaire, surveying, data analysis and cleaning for quality data management.
Apply theoretical knowledge to analyze customer data, identifying rends and patterns that can help marketing strategies.
Work closely with other team members, contributing to the team’s efforts.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
MSc/BSc in Agriculture is mandatory.

Well conversant in Bangla and English.
