- Telesales Executive Job Responsibilities – Inbox IT Solutions Ltd.
- As a Telesales Executive at Inbox IT Solutions Ltd., you will play a key role in driving the company’s success by promoting and selling our digital products and online courses designed to empower individuals with essential skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales Outreach:
- Proactively contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms to introduce and promote our digital products and skill development courses.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s digital products and online courses to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential customers.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Convert leads into sales by using persuasive communication techniques and personalized follow-ups.
- Achieving Targets:
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by executing effective telesales strategies and consistently closing deals.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Accurately update and maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM system to ensure seamless tracking of sales progress.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather customer feedback to understand their preferences and recommend improvements to the company’s offerings.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product updates.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and stay updated on the latest sales techniques and industry trends.
- Customer Support:
- Provide post-sale support and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Educational Requirements

- Telecommunication, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center
