Job Description / Responsibility

Make outbound calls, Texts and emails to clients in Australia.
Meet daily and weekly calls and sales targets.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
Follow up on online sales and track orders until delivery completion
Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant team members

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center

Additional Job Requirements

Proficient in spoken English is a must-have skill
Good English typing speed is a good-to-have skill
Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Willingness to work on Fridays and public holidays
Australian Accent will be a plus
