Job Description / Responsibility
- Secret Beauty, a leading laser and aesthetics center in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, is seeking some dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Call Center Executives. As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage high call volumes, providing information and directing inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to social media messages, engaging with the online community.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Understand laser and aesthetics services, addressing client queries accurately.
- Handle client registrations efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing for phone promotions.
- Respond promptly to voicemail and email inquiries with detailed information.
- Assist in resolving client concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Uphold high customer service standards for a positive client impression.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Clinic, Call Center, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Training/certification in a relevant field will get the privilege.
- Skills Required: Punctual, Self-motivated
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Customer Support through Phone, Sales Representative, Telemarketing
- Need to be fluent in English (Speaking & Listening)
- Must be fluent in English conversation.
