Job Description / Responsibility
- Possess a strong understanding of local Letter of Credit (LC) procedures and regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions and compliance.
- Handle and verify all commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with company policies.
- Review and monitor payment maturity schedules to ensure timely settlements and avoid financial discrepancies.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- To negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to secure procurement process.
- To monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- To collaborate with internal teams including production, sales, and finance to align strategies and business objectives.
- To follow up of Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
- To prepare detailed reports of activities for senior management review.
Educational Requirements
- BBA/MBA in Accounting/Management/Finance & Banking.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
