Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, transfers, and distributions.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage conditions for different types of materials.
Stock Control:
Maintain an organized storage system for easy retrieval.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions when required.
Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods.
Minimize wastage and ensure expiration tracking of medical supplies.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain stock registers and digital inventory systems.
Prepare and submit regular reports on stock movement, shortages, and surplus.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of items.
General Duties:
Keep the storage area clean, organized, and secure.
Supervise and guide junior store staff if applicable.
Participate in hospital meetings and training programs as required.

Job Location: Bhagalpur, Bajitpur, Kishoregonj.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
Additional certifications in supply chain or inventory management will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

12 to 15 years

Additional Job Requirements

Prior experience in the hospital sector or related fields, with proficiency in managing medical equipment, is highly preferred.
Prior experience in hospital or healthcare inventory management is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
