Job Description / Responsibility
  • Vehicle Management (inspection, maintenance, documentation & follow up- company & rental)
  • Daily check & maintain staff duty schedule & vehicle in-time check.
  • Rental vehicle movement status check & maintain.
  • Rental vehicle fuel & OT management (By checking with VTS tracking).
  • G4s security guards duty roaster & duty checking properly.
  • Visitor movement register & visitor card checking properly.
  • Safety audit related work proper checking.
  • Support to audit for their documents requirement.
  • Monitoring & checking properly for entry & exit goods (delivery & unloading) with Gate pass.
  • Daily monitoring & check supporting staff work.
  • Regular follow up office maintenance work as require.
  • GA department related bill checking.
  • Securing the YKK asset, monitor the access control & confirm the confidentiality.
  • Make monthly report & presentation as & when require.
  • GA departmental work purpose support to another location as require.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Masters
  • BBA/MBA/Masters from reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements
  • At most 2 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office.
  • English language proficiency.
