Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct the full recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and skill needs.
Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively to support employee satisfaction.
Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers and employees through the appraisal process and provide necessary support and resources.
Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records accurately.
Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and provide regular attendance reports.
Enforce company policies consistently and update them as needed to align with industry standards and regulations.
Communicate policy updates to employees and ensure compliance.
Prepare and verify monthly payroll data, coordinating with the finance department for timely processing.
Administer employee benefits programs and address related queries.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
Maintain up-to-date employee files, HR databases, and documentation.
Prepare HR reports and provide accurate data to management for review.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
