Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks/ERP accurately.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Preparing vouchers and ensuring entry to software on a regular basis.
- Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Supplier bills are checked & calculated daily.
- To maintain petty cash fund.
- Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
- Handle the overall VAT & Tax-related work.
- Monitor monthly TDS, VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
- Ensure proper preparation and submission of VAT & Tax Returns.
- Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance from reputed university
- CA/CMA part qualified is must.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 6 years
