Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location: Dhaka (DSE TOWER, NIKUNJA-2)
Job Description / Responsibility
Manage day to day accounting functions including regular cash and bank book maintenance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
Checking the monthly reconciliation statement, such as Bank reconciliation, Receivable reconciliation, Payable reconciliation etc.
Prepare, organize and handle all Joint stock documents, reports and statements.
Exceptional ability to promote company success by being courteous to customers, company associates, through a professional appearance and by having a positive attitude.
Preparing monthly, quarterly and half yearly, yearly Report (RBCA, OFC’s, NCBA, NE, CCA etc.) financial statements and reporting to DSE/BSEC.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Educational Requirements

M.Com / MBA / BBA - Finance / Accounting from any reputed university / institution.
C.A. (CC) will get preference. Completed Article-ship under a Chartered Accounting Firm. Audit Associate.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age at least 30 years
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Share Department/Brokerage House.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Cash Management, Taxation etc.
Familiarity with trade settlements, margin calculations, and risk management processes is crucial in the brokerage environment.
Experience in X-brokers software in the brokerage industry is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of securities, derivatives, equity, and fixed income markets is often required.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and efficiency in spoken & writing English.
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office- MS word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
