Job Description / Responsibility
- Supervise and monitor security guards remotely and during in-person inspections, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Conduct surprise night patrols to verify security posts are manned and security measures are followed.
- Perform daytime inspections to assess guard behaviour, professionalism, and adherence to duties and protocols.
- Evaluate security guard performance, identify service gaps, and propose solutions for improvement.
- Interact with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patrols, inspections, incidents, and submit regular performance reports.
- Assist in training new guards on procedures, client requirements, and safety protocols.
- Respond to security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and ensuring guards are prepared.
- Collaborate with management to optimize staffing, schedules, and guard deployment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements, updating procedures as needed.
- Utilize a motorbike for efficient coverage of larger areas during patrols.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master’s Degree preferred
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Security Service, Call Center
