Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager / Manager - Accounts in Finance & Accounts Department of Knit Composite Garments Factory.
Job Location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar // Rupganj, Narayanganj.
Prepare and maintain all kinds of vouchers, cash books, bank books, bill registers, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts.
Oversee daily expenditures, vouchers, checking bills, and daily cash transactions.
Monitor all preliminary vouchers for each & every transaction.
Prepare a complete set of financial statements periodically and present them to the top management.
Reconcile the transactions of Cash, Bank, Debtor's creditors, etc.
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Factory Reports and submit them to the management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and focus on proactive and cost-effective operations.
Familiar with Accounting Software, preferably TALLY & ERP.
Any other assignment as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduation in Accounting from any reputed institution.
CACC will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Experience in Knit Composite Garments factories will be given preference.
Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Leadership and relationship management.
Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
Well conversant with IT equipment.
