Job Description / Responsibility

Sagar Jute Mill, a 40-year-old legacy jute spinning mill with a workforce of 500 laborers and 300 employees, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Expertise in VAT, taxation, and audit risk management to safeguard the company’s interests.
Oversee the annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial plans.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding and manage cash flow.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and profitability.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance and international accounting standards.

Educational Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-8 years of experience in financial leadership roles.

Experience Requirements

7 to 8 years

Additional Job Requirements

Proven track record of working with MNCs or large organizations.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and risk management.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and handle a dynamic work environment.
