Job Description / Responsibility
  • Understand internal manufacturing processes to produce quality product
  • Execute various project activities to achieve development objectives in the framework of the organization product development process
  • Maintain proper documentation of technical and experimental activities in laboratory and machine trials
  • Conceptualize formulations to meet customer needs, test and evaluate chemistry against specifications. Troubleshoot development as necessary
  • Write and perform test protocols based on customer end usage
  • Visit customer sites to understand customer's end-product usage to achieve the best quality

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or Master of Science in Chemistry from reputed institution
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Having 02 years experience in lubricants or chemical manufacturing industry
  • Ideally a candidate should be self motivated, creative, and hard working with team spirit
  • He/she should be non-smoker and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bengali and English are required
  • Candidate should preferably have a valid driving license for cars and motorcycles
