Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with the company’s marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with current trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.
Content Creation:
Create, edit, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
Community Management:
Manage and monitor all social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Build and nurture an engaged online community.
Performance Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement and reach.
Advertising Campaigns:
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to promote services and drive conversions.

Educational Requirements

HSC, Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
HSC, Diploma in Computer Engineer.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Social & Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 30 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Graphic Design, E-commerce,
Strong portfolio showcasing Digital marketing projects and graphic design work.
