Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: Research and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online engagement.
Customer Engagement: Manage customer interactions, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
Investor Relations: Lead investor’s communication with engaging to online selling with planning attractive offers and discounts.
E-commerce Management: Oversee e-commerce operations, enhancing user experience and driving sales.
Social Media: Manage social media accounts, publishing engaging content with standard practice and analyzing performance metrics.
Campaign Execution: Plan digital and conventional marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Analytics: Monitor marketing performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Corporate Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Dealing with Mariners: Manage communications and partnerships with mariners, ensuring smooth collaboration and mutual benefit.
Proficiency in English: Demonstrate excellent English communication skills for effective interaction with clients, investors, and customers.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Mineral Water
